Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at jamesfrank2001@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo an inspection to ensure it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.
If your return is not approved (e.g., the item shows signs of use or damage not caused during shipping), we will notify you and arrange to send the item back to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (pet food, treats, supplements)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Personalised or custom-made items
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at jamesfrank2001@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again and contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at jamesfrank2001@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
